These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of taviramart.in (the "Store") and to purchases from Tavira Mart ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them along with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Store under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Products

  • We sell water-activated LED diyas ("Magic Water Diyas") and related festive products. Product photos are for illustration; actual colour, finish and design may vary slightly between batches.
  • The diyas are battery-powered decorative lights. They are not toys. Keep small parts and batteries away from children, do not swallow or immerse the battery compartment, and dispose of batteries responsibly.
  • Battery life varies with use and is not guaranteed.

3. Prices and offers

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping within India is free.
  • Offers, discounts (including prepaid discounts), countdowns and "compare at" prices are valid for a limited period, may change without notice and cannot be combined unless stated.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

  • An order is confirmed only when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if the product is out of stock, the pin code is not serviceable, the order appears fraudulent, or a Cash on Delivery order cannot be confirmed.
  • If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.

5. Payment

You can pay online through our payment partners or choose Cash on Delivery where available. We may limit or disable Cash on Delivery for any customer, pin code or order value, including for customers who have previously refused COD deliveries.

6. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery, cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Reviews and content you share

If you share reviews, photos or videos with us, you allow us to display them on the Store and our social media. Please do not post content that is false, offensive or infringes anyone's rights.

8. Use of the Store

You agree not to misuse the Store, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Store, including the Tavira Mart name, logo, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control such as courier delays, natural events, strikes or government restrictions.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the competent courts in India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted on this page.
